Because many of our products are made to order and may be customized or personalized, all sales are final once your order has been processed or production has begun.

Order Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may have entered production and cannot be canceled.

Size Changes:
Please carefully review your size selection before placing your order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Unik Kreations within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
