By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following terms.
Orders:
Please carefully review your order, including product, size, color, quantity, personalization, and shipping or pickup information before completing your purchase.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products:
Many of our products are made to order and may be customized or personalized. Please make sure all information submitted with your order is correct before completing your purchase.
Pricing and Payment:
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order has been processed or production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping and Pickup:
Shipping options, costs, estimated delivery times, and local pickup information are provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of Unik Kreations’ control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup. Please provide your order number and photos when applicable.

We make every effort to display products, colors, designs, and descriptions accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, or product availability.
